During a visit to the National Health Emergency Operations Centre, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that the destiny of Iran's current political regime lies with its citizens. He described the Iranian government as oppressive and stressed the importance of popular resistance to initiate change.

Speaking on Israel's aims, Netanyahu said, "Our aspiration is to enable the Iranian people to cast off the yoke of tyranny; ultimately, it is up to them." While addressing the broader international impact, he noted Israel is experiencing a positive shift in its global standing partially due to these efforts.

Meanwhile, Iran countered US President Donald Trump's claims regarding the cessation of hostilities, asserting that Tehran alone will dictate the conclusion of military actions against the US and Israeli targets. Iran's Revolutionary Guard emphasized its own military strategy as the determining factor in future regional outcomes, dismissing American intervention.
