Russia says it hit Ukrainian cargo vessel near Odesa, Interfax reports

​The ‌Russian defence ​ministry said on Friday ‌that Russia's military had struck a ‌Ukrainian dry cargo vessel ‌at Pivdennyi seaport near Odesa in ⁠the ​Black ⁠Sea, Russian news agency Interfax ⁠reported. The ministry said ​the vessel had ⁠delivered what it described as ⁠a ​military cargo.
