France does not need ECB help at present, says Bank of France head

France's economic ‌situation is 'serious' but the country ‌does not need help at this stage from the ‌European Central Bank (ECB) ‌in Frankfurt, said Bank of France head Emmanuel Moulin on Wednesday. "Today, the solution is not in Frankfurt, the solution is here at home," Moulin told France Inter radio.

"The situation is serious but we can take action, by voting for a budget," added Moulin.
