Over 1 million consumers were facing power cuts in Ukraine at some point, energy ministry says

​Russia ‌continued attacking Ukrainian ​energy facilities ‌in the capital Kyiv and five ‌other regions on Friday, ‌causing emergency power outages, Ukraine's energy ⁠ministry ​said.

The ⁠ministry noted that ⁠more than 1 ​million consumers were facing ⁠power cuts at ⁠some ​point and "repair work is ⁠continuing wherever the security ⁠situation ⁠permits".
