Industrial facilities in Russia's Ryazan on fire after attack by drones, governor says
Falling debris from drones caused fires at industrial facilities in Russia's city of Ryazan, regional governor Pavel Malkov said on Telegram, adding that parts of the city were experiencing power disruptions.
One person was injured in the attack on the region, he added, without providing details about the industrial facilities. Ryazan region is home to a large oil refinery, among other assets.
