Putin envoy Dmitriev calls reports of Russian tankers changing course 'fake'
Russian President Vladimir Putin’s special envoy Kirill Dmitriev called media reports about Russian tankers on their way to the United States changing course "fake news", in a comment on Twitter. The tankers were continuing on their course, he said.
The Kremlin said on Thursday that diesel shipped by Russia would make its way to buyers.
