GSK, Moderna settle patent dispute over Moderna COVID, RSV shots

British drugmaker GSK ​has settled lawsuits that accused ​Moderna's COVID-19 vaccines Spikevax and ‌mNEXSPIKE and ​RSV shot mResvia of infringing its patents, the companies said on Friday.
