Russian fines Twitter over banned content

A Russian court said on Tuesday it had fined U.S. social media giant Twitter 5 million roubles ($68,548) for failing to delete content that Moscow deems illegal.

Twitter did not immediately respond to a request for comment. ($1 = 72.9420 roubles)
