Kremlin says discussions are underway about whether law changes are needed after mutiny

The Russian leadership is discussing whether changes in the law are needed after the armed mutiny by the Wagner mercenary group on Saturday, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Wednesday.

He did not say what changes they might be considering.
