EU will prioritise Mideast peace conference - Michel

The EU will take the lead in organising as soon as possible a peace conference on the conflict between Israel and Hamas, European Council President Charles Michel said on Wednesday.
Addressing the European Parliament, he added that the conference would be inspired by previous peace initiatives and the Abraham accords.
