U.S. investor Michael Calvey's lawyer said on Thursday that his client has never pleaded guilty to Russian charges of embezzlement and never will, the Interfax news agency reported.
Earlier on Thursday, Interfax cited a Russian cassation court as saying that the formerly Russia-based Baring Vostok founder had pleaded guilty to such charges.
