Brazil's Lula says he wants to resume diplomatic presence in Caribbean nations
Brazil's President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva said on Wednesday he wants to resume diplomatic presence in the Carribean countries.
Lula was participating in the regional Caribbean Community summit being held in Guyana's capital, Georgetown.
