The foreign ministers of Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Jordan, the UAE's international cooperation minister and a top Palestinian official will meet U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken in Cairo on Thursday, according to an Egyptian foreign ministry note.
