Ukraine's capital Kyiv is under Russian missile attack, mayor says

Ukraine's capital Kyiv was under a Russian missile attack on Thursday, mayor Vitali Klitschko said.

Klitschko said on the Telegram messaging app that air defence units were engaged in repelling the attack. He said missile debris fell in different parts of the city.
