"The Netherlands always has good discussions with our partners. The meeting of officials on Monday is one example of that. It is one of the many ways in which we have contact," the Dutch Foreign Ministry said in a messaged statement. It added that the Netherlands oversees its own export policies and it would review export licensing requests on a "case by case" basis.
