China top legislator and North Korea counterpart discuss promoting ties - KCNA

China's top legislator Zhao Leji arrived in North Korea on Thursday and held talks with his counterpart, Choe Ryong Hae, on promoting exchange and cooperation between the two countries in all areas, the North's KCNA news agency said on Friday.
