Kremlin says Putin to discuss floods

Russian President Vladimir Putin will discuss the floods with the emergency minister and the governors of affected regions, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Wednesday.

Water levels in rivers in swathes of Russia's Ural and southwestern Siberian regions, as well as adjacent areas of Kazakhstan, were still rising rapidly, officials said.
