Ukrainian drones cause power cuts in Russia's Oryol region, governor says
Ukrainian drones damaged energy infrastructure and caused power cuts in Russia's central Oryol region, the regional governor said early on Thursday.
The governor, Andrei Klychkov, writing on the Telegram messaging app, said the damage was caused as air defence units intercepted the drones over the Glazunovsky and Sverdlovsky districts. He made no mention of casualties.
