BoE's Bailey says fall in inflation 'encouraging'

Bank of England Governor Andrew Bailey said it was "encouraging" that inflation was expected to be close to target in the coming months.

"Inflation has now fallen to just about 3% and we expect it to be close to the target in the coming months. That's encouraging," Bailey told a press conference on Thursday.
