Teen Accused of Killing Grandmother and Two Others over Money in Odisha

A tragic incident unfolded in Odisha's Bhadrak district where a 14-year-old boy allegedly murdered his 60-year-old grandmother, as well as another woman and her eight-year-old daughter over a financial dispute, police reported on Thursday.
According to officials, the boy's grandmother, Sumati Munda, had provided him with less money than he demanded. The other victim, Sukanti Munda, had failed to repay a loan of Rs 1,000, with her daughter Mini witnessing the crime.
Law enforcement recovered the bodies from an isolated area, and preliminary investigations suggest the accused accompanied Sukanti and her daughter to a hospital, only to engage in a deadly confrontation later. A case has been filed, and the accused is undergoing interrogation.
