Over 12,000 Complaints Against Central Government Still Pending: Lok Sabha Informed
The Lok Sabha was informed that over 12,000 complaints related to central government departments filed through the Prime Minister's Office public grievance portal remain pending. Union Minister Jitendra Singh cited data showing receipt and resolution of complaints against central and state governments, with many grievances addressed within 30 days.

Over 12,000 complaints related to central government departments, filed via the Prime Minister's Office public grievance portal, are still pending, the Lok Sabha was informed on Wednesday.
Union Minister of State for Personnel Jitendra Singh stated that the portal https://www.pmindia.gov.in is used to register public grievances for central ministries or departments and also for state and Union territories.
The complaints can be tracked with a unique registration ID generated upon filing. While many grievances are resolved in under 30 days, data reveals that 80,513 complaints were addressed from January to June, with 12,758 still pending.
