A release from Rashtrapati Bhavan confirms it will be the first such conference presided over by the President. Attendees will include Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, numerous Union Ministers, and senior officials from the PMO, Cabinet Secretariat, and other central ministries.
