Himachal Pradesh Government to Declare Pending Results for 21 Posts
The Himachal Pradesh government has authorized the declaration of pending results for various posts by the Himachal Pradesh Rajya Chayan Aayog. This follows the replacement of the Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission due to a paper-leak scandal. Chief Minister Sukhu has highlighted the creation of new employment opportunities.

The Himachal Pradesh government has authorized the Himachal Pradesh Rajya Chayan Aayog (HPRCA) to declare the pending results for 21 different posts, Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu announced on Tuesday.
The positions for which results will soon be declared include lab assistant for bio and serology in Forensics Services, assistant computer programmer in the Land Record Department, and inspector legal metrology in the Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Affairs Department. Other posts include fisheries officer, junior office assistant (accounts) for HRTC, and various law and workshop instructor roles.
The HPRCA replaced the dissolved Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission (HPSSC) after a paper-leak scandal in which Senior Assistant Uma Azad was arrested with a solved question paper and Rs 2.5 lakh in cash. Chief Minister Sukhu emphasized his government's commitment to merit-based employment, stating that 30,000 new posts have been created since he took office and the process to fill them is ongoing.
