BJP Delegation Seeks Justice for 12-Year-Old Rape Survivor, Demands Higher Compensation
A BJP delegation visited a 12-year-old rape survivor and her family, urging the Uttar Pradesh government to increase the compensation from Rs 5 lakh to Rs 25 lakh. They accused the main suspect, Moid Khan, of being affiliated with the Samajwadi Party. The girl's family is reportedly satisfied with government actions.

A three-member BJP delegation met a 12-year-old rape survivor and her family on Sunday, urging the Uttar Pradesh government to raise the compensation from Rs 5 lakh to Rs 25 lakh.
The delegation gathered details about the incident and will report to K Laxman, BJP's OBC Morcha President, said Rajya Sabha MP Baburam Nishad.
BJP leaders, including Yogi Adityanath, allege that Moid Khan, the main accused, is linked to the Samajwadi Party. The delegation also included MPs Sangeeta Balwant Bind and Narendra Kashyap. They assured the family of the government’s commitment to justice.
