Russia's foreign ministry has accused Ukraine of using Western-supplied rockets, potentially U.S.-made HIMARS, to demolish a bridge over the Seym River in the Kursk region. Maria Zakharova, spokesperson for the Russian foreign ministry, made the announcement late Friday on the Telegram messaging app, highlighting the serious implications of the attack.
