Since the surprise attack on August 6, Ukraine claims to have seized over 80 settlements across 1,150 square kilometers in Kursk, marking the largest invasion of Russia since World War Two. Mykola Oleshchuk detailed the precision airstrikes in a Telegram post, showing video evidence of the destruction.

President Volodymyr Zelenskiy acknowledged the ongoing operation, stressing its impact on Russia's military and economy. He urged allies to expedite military aid, noting that the war has no breaks. Russia has labeled the incursion a major provocation and promised a 'worthy response.'
