Tambaram Police Raid Nets College Students in Ganja Bust

The Tambaram police raided apartments rented out mostly by college students, recovering significant quantities of narcotic substances, police said on Saturday.
The operation was launched following a tip-off that students from a private college were reportedly using drugs in Potheri.
A senior police official confirmed the securing of about 19 students during the raid. Items confiscated included 500 grams of ganja, ganja chocolates, ganja oil, bhang, smoking pot, hookah machines, and hookah powder.
