Rajnath Singh Emphasizes Readiness in Military Command Amid Global Challenges

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has urged military commanders to be prepared to maintain global and domestic peace in light of current international conditions. In response to ongoing global tensions, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has called on military commanders to stay vigilant and prepared to maintain peace both internationally and domestically. This directive was made in light of prevailing global conditions, with a focus on preventing disturbances in peace anywhere.

Singh's remarks followed the Joint Commanders Conference, where top military officials analyzed conflicts in Ukraine, Gaza, and the current situation in Bangladesh. He emphasized the importance of predicting future problems and preparing for unexpected challenges, citing the ongoing border issues with China in eastern Ladakh.

The conference, themed 'Sashakt aur Surakshit Bharat: Transforming the Armed Forces', explored the Indian government's plans for 'Integrated Theatre Commands'. Singh called for a blend of traditional and modern military hardware and a unified military vision to confront future security challenges effectively.
