An Israeli strike on Thursday hit the Syrian end of a small bridge that serves as a crossing point into Lebanon, according to Lebanese Transport Minister Ali Hamieh.
Hamieh did not immediately know whether the crossing was still usable following the strike.
Lebanese and Syrian authorities are currently assessing the damage and its impact on the bridge's functionality.
