Ukraine's Defence Minister Rustem Umerov announced on Tuesday that he has submitted a formal request to the government to dismiss three of his deputies.
In a post on the Telegram messaging app, Umerov also disclosed that he has requested the dismissal of Liudmyla Darahan, the state secretary of the Defence Ministry.
