The Additional Sessions Judge, Amit Veer Singh, also serving as the Special Judge at the POCSO Court, levied a financial penalty of Rs 50,000 against the accused, Chhabinder. Failure to pay will result in an additional three months of imprisonment. Of the fine, Rs 40,000 is designated for the victim, highlighting the court's concern for victim restitution.

The case emerged after the victim's father reported her disappearance and the subsequent crime, leading to an FIR lodged on April 2, 2022. Following comprehensive investigations, Judge Singh found Chhabinder guilty, reaffirming justice under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
