Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy issued a call to international allies on Tuesday, urging them to be visible and proactive in response to indications of North Korean involvement in Russia's war against Ukraine.
In his nightly address, Zelenskiy revealed that Ukraine possesses information about the preparation of two units, potentially involving up to 12,000 North Korean troops, set to join Russian forces in the conflict.
"This poses a significant challenge, but we are prepared to confront it. It's crucial for our partners not to shy away from this challenge," Zelenskiy stressed.
