Authorities in Odisha have arrested six individuals in the Mahulpali area of Sambalpur district, suspected of involvement in illegal poaching activities, according to a police officer.

During the operation, police confiscated firearms, pellets, and similar weaponry from the suspects.

A case has been officially filed at the Mahulpali police station, and further investigations are in progress, the officer added.
