Himachal Pradesh's Revenue Minister, Jagat Singh, reaffirmed the government's stance on land purchasing laws, stating that non-agriculturist natives still require governmental permission to buy land, as stipulated by Section 118 of the HP Tenancy and Land Reforms Act.
