India has urged the UN Security Council to recognize the evolving threats faced by peacekeepers, from non-state actors to advanced technological challenges.
India's Permanent Representative, Ambassador Parvathaneni Harish, emphasized the necessity of protecting peacekeepers while integrating technology to enhance mission effectiveness.
Harish also called for better resource allocation and involved troop-contributing nations in the operational process to ensure the efficiency and sustainability of missions.
