Appeals Court Orders Transfer of Detained Tufts Student

Rumeysa Ozturk, who engaged in pro-Palestinian advocacy, is to be transferred to Vermont where a judge will assess her bail status.
The New York-based 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals dismissed a request from President Trump's administration to postpone the transfer, insisting on compliance within a week.
