Bihar police have conducted successful rescue operations over six months, freeing 271 girls from sexual exploitation and 506 boys from bonded labor across various states.
The joint operations with NGOs led to the arrest of 191 individuals, including 23 women, in connection with these human trafficking activities.
Majority of the rescued individuals hail from different regions including Nepal and Indian states, and investigations continue with 245 FIRs filed across the districts.
