Manipur's former Chief Minister, N Biren Singh, has called for increased efforts to dismantle drug networks following a major bust in Bengaluru.
The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) successfully seized 7 kg of cocaine, valued at Rs 14.69 crore, arresting two women involved in the operation.
Singh highlighted that the North East continues to be a significant drug trafficking route, urging for intensified countermeasures to ensure a drug-free India.
