Delhi Court Issues Order to Protect Man from Alleged Stalking

The restraining order, effective immediately, bars the accused from entering Taneja's property, creating disturbances, or communicating with him and his family by any means, thus safeguarding the Taneja family's privacy and fundamental rights.
