Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma took to the skies for an aerial assessment of the flood-afflicted Sawai Madhopur district on Monday. Heavy rainfall had led to a deluge, prompting Sharma to visit multiple villages and inspect the damage to local infrastructure.
Upon landing at Chakchainpura airstrip, Sharma interacted with flood-hit locals, pledging prompt relief and rehabilitation. He instructed officials to quicken disaster response efforts and emphasized the distribution of food, medical supplies, and other essentials, urging the administration to maintain an alert status.
To address the destruction, Sharma prioritized the repair of key infrastructure, including schools, roads, and hospitals, and advocated for a swift Girdawari assessment for crop damage compensation.
