European leaders are set to convene in Washington for crucial talks regarding Ukraine's security. Their primary agenda is to deliberate on the United States' potential role in providing security guarantees to Ukraine following any accord with Russia, a spokesperson from the German government revealed.
The spokesperson highlighted that U.S. signals indicate possible concessions or commitments. However, they emphasized that these have yet to be concretely verified and substantiated, which will occur during the day's discussions.
