The Enforcement Directorate (ED) intensified its probe into the municipal recruitment scam by conducting raids across Kolkata on Tuesday, a senior official disclosed.
Raids took place at various locations, notably on Hemchandra Naskar Road, as the agency pursued new leads involving companies allegedly tied to recruitment irregularities.
The investigations have linked two brothers, with businesses in textiles and construction, to the scam. Earlier raids involved state minister Sujit Bose's office and other related premises.
