A Delhi court has requested responses from the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in relation to pleas filed by former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi. Devi is seeking the transfer of three corruption cases to a different judge, citing alleged bias by Special Judge Vishal Gogne.

The cases in question are associated with land-for-jobs schemes and the IRCTC scam, with two being probed by the ED and one by the CBI. Rabri Devi, who is the wife of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad, contends that an unbiased trial can only be achieved with a different judge.

The court has slated further proceedings on the matter for December 6, when the responses from the investigative bodies are expected to shed more light on the allegations and the request for case transfers.
