In a tragic turn of events, a 62-year-old retired police officer fell victim to a deadly bee attack in Kinoudi Khairabad on Sunday. The incident drew shock from the community as officials confirmed the attack's fatal outcome.
Atar Singh, accompanied by his sons to irrigate their fields, encountered a large swarm of bees which launched an aggressive assault. Overwhelmed by numerous stings, Singh collapsed at the scene.
Despite urgent medical attention at the Community Health Centre, Singh was pronounced dead upon arrival, according to Dr. Akhlaq Khan, a medical officer at the facility. Experts caution that bee attacks can become lethal within moments when multiple stings are inflicted.
