British prosecutors have charged Nathaniel Spencer, a former doctor, with numerous sexual offences, including those involving children. The Crown Prosecution Service confirmed 15 counts of sexual assault, 17 of assault by penetration, and other charges.

The investigation covered alleged offences against 38 patients between 2017 and 2021. The CPS compiled the charges after a detailed police investigation.

Spencer, a 38-year-old from Birmingham, is set to appear at North Staffordshire Justice Centre on January 20, marking the next step in legal proceedings against him.
