Adversarial elements, including hostile forces from across the border, are attempting to create troubles in Jammu and Kashmir, according to Jammu and Kashmir Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo. Preparedness on the ground, however, remains strong with multi-agency vigilance and response strategies in place.
Dulloo highlights the persistent challenges from infiltration attempts to terrain-specific difficulties exploited by adversarial forces. He expressed confidence in the security apparatus, comprising the Army, paramilitary, Jammu and Kashmir Police, and intelligence agencies, being on high alert to thwart any conspiracy.
Addressing future challenges, Dulloo noted the significant weakening of terror ecosystems. Recruitment and incidents like stone-pelting are now negligible, reflecting the robust operational success and domination by security forces across the region.
