In a dramatic legal twist, Rani Kapur, mother of the late industrialist Sunjay Kapur, has petitioned the Delhi High Court, demanding the nullification of the 'RK Family Trust'.
The 80-year-old claims the trust, established in 2017, was based on fraudulent documents and denies her rights to the estate of her husband, Surinder Kapur.
The familial dispute has drawn in her daughter-in-law Priya Kapur and grandchildren, embroiling them in accusations of collusion and misappropriation.
