A Delhi court has intensified its scrutiny, highlighting glaring inconsistencies in the police's narrative about the purported illegal detention of Rajesh Kumar Prajapati, a sub-contractor linked to the Janakpuri biker-death incident.

The case revolves around the tragic demise of Kamal Dhyani, an assistant manager at HDFC Bank's Rohini branch, whose motorcycle plunged into a 15-foot sewage pit on February 5. To elucidate the truth regarding Prajapati's arrest, Magistrate Harjot Singh Aujla issued directives to the deputy commissioner of police (west) to intervene.

The court voiced skepticism over the lack of evidence to confirm the precise date and time of Prajapati's apprehension, demanding relevant CCTV and official records for review by April 4.
