The Ministry of Home Affairs has approved the registration of the Shri Bageshwar Jan Seva Samiti under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA).

This status allows the religious and cultural organization, headed by Dhirendra Krishna Shastri, to receive foreign donations legally. It is among 38 organizations receiving such approval this year.

The registration is crucial for entities engaging in cultural, educational, or social programming under FCRA's guidelines, and remains valid for five years.
