The incident unfolded shortly after a suspicious vehicle was barred from entering the site. Oisin McGuinness, Nathan Dunn, and a teenager, whose name remains undisclosed due to legal reasons, are set to appear in Westminster Magistrates' Court. McGuinness also faces charges of dangerous driving.
